Using the knowledge I have gained from working with Visual Effects Supervisors, Visual Effects Producers and Digital Supervisors and Artists, I am confident and comfortable managing all aspects of the day-to-day production life.
Digital Personnel Manager
In my role as Digital Personnel Manager I oversaw the scheduling and managing of all of the Modeling, Texture Painting and Match Movers. This included but was not limited to salary negotiation, hiring and releases. I also worked closely with Digital Producers and Coordinators to maintain staffing resource allocations on an as needed basis.
As a system administrator I provisioned, deployed and maintained over 100 system servers. I assisted in the creation and deployment of over 500 render servers. As well as working with servers I also managed and upgraded email systems, server monitoring and database software and the company intranet.
